Requirements
Must:
- High School Diploma or GED
- Experience or eagerness to learn server administration (Windows 2016+ and/or Linux)
- Basic understanding of Cisco routers and switches (setup, troubleshooting, cabling)
- Familiarity with Windows Server and Active Directory/ADFS
- Knowledge of virtualization platforms (vSphere)
- Experience with Office 365 and SharePoint
- Proficiency in using Android and iOS devices (iPhones, iPads)
- Experience with office automation tools, PCs, and printers
- Understanding of handheld scanners and imaging devices
- Strong technical troubleshooting and IT support capabilities
Responsibilities
- Provide technical assistance for IT applications, infrastructure, operating systems, and end-user tools
- Identify and resolve technical challenges across plant systems and infrastructure
- Support plant floor systems and aid in incident resolution and escalation
- Conduct data analysis and problem-solving for applications and infrastructure
- Collaborate with internal teams to prioritize system enhancements and improvements
- Maintain and manage network equipment in a Cisco-oriented environment
- Support servers in both physical and virtual realms (Windows and Linux)
- Assist in the integration and long-term upkeep of applications and hardware
- Develop and sustain precise support documentation
- Contribute to business continuity efforts and implement escalation procedures
- Assist IT leadership with managing workload and assignments
- Support the deployment and expansion of technologies, including IIOT, mobile devices, and software-defined networks
- Work flexible hours to support multi-shift operations, including weekends when necessary
