Requirements
Must:
- Over 4 years of experience in an Agile environment
- Strong understanding of Life Insurance platforms and digital applications
- Proven experience in requirements elicitation and documentation
- Ability to analyze current-state processes and identify areas for improvement
- Excellent facilitation and communication skills
- Experience collaborating with IT development teams

- Lead workshops, interviews, and meetings to gather and define business requirements
- Develop detailed documentation such as Business Requirements Documents (BRDs) for system enhancements
- Analyze life insurance processes to identify gaps and inefficiencies
- Design improved future-state business processes to enhance efficiency and customer experience
- Serve as the primary liaison between business units and IT teams
- Collaborate with technical teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Create test plans and acceptance criteria based on defined requirements
- Manage User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure solutions meet business needs
- Prioritize and manage stakeholder requirements to align with organizational strategy
- Provide project status updates and manage stakeholder expectations
