Requirements
Must:
- Over 10 years of experience in IT, particularly 5-8 years in software engineering and full-stack development.
- In-depth knowledge of Java (Spring Cloud/Boot), Python, or C# for back-end development.
- Proficiency in front-end frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.js, with a strong grasp of HTML5, CSS3, and responsive design principles.
- Familiar with Google Cloud Platform (GCP), OpenShift, and CI/CD tools like Jenkins or Tekton.
- Skilled in using Git and GitHub for version control and collaboration purposes.
- Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases, including Oracle, MySQL, and MongoDB.
- Awareness of OAuth, EntraID authentication practices, and data security standards.
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
Responsibilities
- Provide technical leadership and serve as the lead technical authority for the development team, influencing technical decisions to maintain high code quality and effective system design.
- Engage in full-stack development by crafting both back-end and front-end components of applications, ensuring efficient integration throughout the technology stack.
- Collaborate closely with Product Management and Design teams to verify technical feasibility and align development with business objectives.
- Mentor junior developers by offering support in technical skills and facilitating their professional development.
- Champion Agile methodologies within the team, notably Extreme Programming (XP), including Pair Programming and Test-Driven Development (TDD).
- Oversee and enhance CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes, ensuring the long-term technical integrity of the product within cloud ecosystems (Google Cloud Platform).
- Follow best practices for data security, emphasizing compliance in encryption, anonymization, and handling of PII/SPII data.
