Requirements
Must:
- Over 10 years of experience in software engineering or data science, with at least 3 to 5 years in AI/ML architecture roles
- Extensive background in AI/ML architecture and system design
- Proficient in Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG)
- Expertise in machine learning, deep learning, and natural language processing (NLP)
- Practical experience with LLMs and Generative AI technologies such as GPT or Llama
- Skilled in Python along with frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn
- Familiarity with cloud platforms including AWS, Azure, or GCP AI services
- Strong understanding of data engineering concepts, including ETL pipelines, data lakes, and streaming solutions
- Experience with MLOps tools such as MLflow, Kubeflow, SageMaker, or Vertex AI
- Knowledge of API integration, microservices, and distributed system architectures
- Familiarity with vector databases
- Experience with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines for machine learning
- Awareness of AI governance and compliance standards

- Develop and steer the AI/ML architectural vision within the organization

- Set up and implement MLOps methodologies for model version control, deployment, and performance monitoring
- Collaborate with AI and Data teams to establish best practices for AI system architectures
- Assess new AI technologies and formulate integration strategies
