Requirements
Must:
- Over 8 years of experience in UX, managing end-to-end research processes
- Proficient in utilizing Figma as a UX design tool
- Strong background in the Fintech or Mortgage sectors preferred
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, agile environment
- Skilled in various research methodologies including qualitative and quantitative techniques
Responsibilities
- Lead comprehensive research operations from planning to execution for the project team
- Design and implement qualitative and quantitative studies, including usability tests, customer interviews, and surveys
- Work closely with our Lead Designer and Client Design Director to guide and validate design strategies
- Conduct concept and prototype testing using various advanced platforms
- Contribute to the development and upkeep of our Design System
- Facilitate workshops focused on user journey mapping, persona creation, and overall experience enhancement
