Requirements
Must:
- At least 7 years of experience in technology implementation for complete CRM lifecycle
- Profound knowledge of SFDC CRM applications including Sales, Service, and Marketing Cloud
- Proficient in developing Salesforce customizations using Apex and Visualforce
- Experience in executing data migrations within Salesforce
- Strong skills in Salesforce Flows, Process Builder, Lightning UI, and Lightning components (Aura, LWC)
- Solid understanding of Salesforce Design and Development Best Practices, Apex Design Parameters, Governor Limits, and Shared Platform Best Practices
- Familiarity with coding in Visualforce (preferred)
- Knowledge of GIT version control systems (GitHub, Bitbucket, Gitlabs) is a plus
- Experience with web services including Callouts, SOAP API, and REST API is an advantage
- Background in .NET or Java is beneficial
Responsibilities
- Develop and customize Salesforce applications to meet business requirements
- Manage data migration processes to ensure accuracy and efficiency
- Implement Flows and Process Builders to optimize Salesforce functionalities
- Collaborate with the team on Salesforce Lightning UI and component development
- Adhere to best practices in Salesforce design and development
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Salesforce applications
- Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and define project objectives
- Stay updated on Salesforce releases and features to leverage new capabilities
