Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree in IT, Finance, or a related field
- Over 7 years of practical experience with SAP VIM and OpenText solutions
- In-depth understanding of SAP MM, FI, and integration with OCR tools
- Familiarity with SAP S/4HANA, FIORI applications, and SAP Cloud Integration (CPI) is advantageous
- Exceptional communication skills and proficiency in stakeholder management
Responsibilities
- Lead the design and setup of SAP VIM workflows and document types, ensuring integration with SAP S/4HANA and external systems
- Oversee the complete VIM implementation projects, from gathering requirements to providing go-live support
- Deliver post-implementation assistance, including troubleshooting and performance optimization
- Define and sustain VIM roles, configure SAP work centers and manage user access
- Ensure adherence to regional compliance regulations and facilitate the automation of invoice validation processes
- Conduct user training sessions and create comprehensive documentation for workflows and system utilization
