Must:
I am seeking an individual with over 5 years of experience in ServiceNow development and implementation. The ideal candidate must possess a strong understanding of REST/SOAP APIs, HTML, and JavaScript, along with hands-on experience in ITSM and ITOM. A Bachelor's degree is required, and ServiceNow certifications (CAD, Implementation Specialist) would be a significant advantage. Familiarity with ITIL, DevOps, Agile methodologies, and AI/ML automation is also preferred.
Responsibilities
In this role, I will expect you to lead the development and implementation of ServiceNow solutions, including upgrades and new features. You will collaborate closely with business and IT teams to translate requirements into effective solutions. Furthermore, you will enhance IT Service Management (ITSM), IT Operations Management (ITOM), and IT Asset Management (ITAM) capabilities to improve efficiency and scalability. Your efforts in driving automation, discovery, and integration using REST/SOAP APIs, HTML, and JavaScript will be essential. Additionally, you will be responsible for ensuring platform stability, compliance, and adherence to best practices.
