- Familiarity with IT is essential, though prior job experience is not mandatory.
- Ability to effectively repair or build a computer.
- A valid driver's license and access to personal transportation is a must.
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities in English.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks efficiently in a dynamic and demanding environment.
- Analytical and troubleshooting skills are critical.
- We will conduct citizenship and criminal background checks.
Responsibilities
In this position, you will be responsible for:
- Providing Tier I support to users.
- Conducting basic remote troubleshooting.
- Entering essential information into our ticketing system and escalating issues to other departments as needed.
- Actively participating as part of a team.
- Prioritizing and scheduling tasks to uphold service level agreements while managing cases promptly.
- Overseeing the inventory management of PC hardware and software.
- Updating, upgrading, repairing, and testing hardware on the workbench.
- Displaying a service-oriented mindset.
