Requirements
Must:
- Pursuing a Bachelors degree (BA/BS) or higher in robotics, computer science, mechatronics, electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, or a related discipline
- Practical experience with mobile robots, preferably in real-world settings
- Proficiency in programming languages such as C++, Python, and Robot Operating System 2 (ROS 2)
- Knowledge of mobile robot sensors, perception, localization, navigation, and networking for terrestrial and/or aerial robots
- Familiarity with 3D CAD software and 3D printing technologies
- Strong self-starter with the ability to work independently
- Demonstrated analytical, evaluative, and problem-solving skills
- Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities
- Capability to convey ideas in a business-friendly and user-friendly manner
- Skilled in prioritizing and executing tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Experience collaborating successfully within a team-oriented atmosphere
Responsibilities
- Lead an independent initiative to develop innovative hardware and/or software solutions addressing intricate challenges in construction robotics
- Assist with regular field deployments, data collection, and autonomy evaluations at active construction sites
- Contribute to the creation of robotics simulation models and environments
- Design and fabricate hardware components, including 3D printed elements, wiring systems, and electronic parts
Description

This role will involve supporting robotics implementations on current job sites, developing new integrated systems, and working closely with our robotics team on hardware, software, integration, and field testing projects.
