Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree in Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or a related discipline
- 1-3 years of experience in supply chain, operations, or manufacturing support
- Familiarity with MES, ERP, or other job tracking and scheduling tools
- Understanding of Lean manufacturing principles, continuous improvement, and 5S methodologies
- Excellent organizational and communication abilities
- Capability to excel in a dynamic startup atmosphere
Responsibilities
- Maintain oversight of job status through MES/dynamic scheduling or similar production tracking systems
- Monitor jobs during printing, post-processing, quality checkpoints, and assembly
- Collaborate with suppliers to ensure prompt delivery of raw materials (filaments, pellets, consumables, outsourced parts)
- Establish material tracking processes to enhance raw material delivery efficiency
- Manage inventory levels, storage, and material handling systems
- Aid in the packaging, labeling, and preparation of finished products for shipment
- Assist in coordinating outbound logistics with carriers and freight partners
- Track KPIs such as uptime, downtime, yield, and waste reduction, providing performance reports to senior management
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and Lean manufacturing practices
