Requirements
Must:
- Over 8 years of experience in Quality Assurance within the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC)
- At least 3 years of experience leading a team of 4 or more members
- Demonstrated experience in automating complex business processes and leading technical testing tasks
- Proficiency in preparing test scenarios, cases, and documenting results
- Extensive experience in sanity/regression testing and adjusting test scenarios for maintenance releases
- 5 years working with Agile or Hybrid Agile models
- 3 years in developing Test scenarios, Use Cases, and Test Execution
- Over 3 years of experience in Test Reporting, including Coverage, Traceability, and Defect Reporting
- 5 years of using test management suites like ALM, Jira Xray, Test Rail, or similar
- 3+ years of experience with Agile requirement and defect tracking tools (Jira or Trello)
- Significant experience in developing and maintaining a Selenium Automation framework
- Familiarity with industry-standard automation frameworks like Page Object or Page Factory Model
- 3 years in various automation testing responsibilities including E2E, integration, and regression testing
- Experience in performing data validation activities with SQL
- Willingness to travel and work on-site at client locations as required
- Strong understanding of different testing types (Functional, System, Integration, Regression, UAT)
- Ability to create and manage Testing Artifacts like test cases and strategies
Responsibilities
- Oversee testing quality for our projects and product deliverables
- Anticipate risks from requirement gathering through to product delivery
- Analyze and provide feedback on project artifacts during the requirements phase
- Develop comprehensive test plans and test cases
- Lead and perform both manual and automated test execution for projects and ongoing support
- Transform existing manual tests into automated tests based on business needs
- Create shared libraries of test steps for cross-application integration
- Assist in developing tools to enhance automated testing across the organization
- Collaborate with teams to support the adoption of automated regression testing
- Utilize programming languages such as Java, Python, or Shell Scripting in test automation
- Streamline regression testing timelines through automation
- Enhance test coverage through the creation of automation tests
