Requirements
Must:

- Capable of analyzing complex datasets to derive actionable insights
- Strong analytical skills with meticulous attention to detail for identifying patterns and anomalies in data
- Proficient in Visio for process modeling and documentation
- Familiar with business analysis best practices in a technical environment with analytics platforms like Looker and Power BI
Responsibilities
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements to create detailed project specifications
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement data-driven solutions using tools like Tableau, Power BI, and Looker
- Assist in the development and upkeep of databases, including Microsoft SQL Server, Oracle, and other relational database systems
- Create ETL processes using Talend, Python, Bash (Unix shell), and other scripting languages to ensure seamless data integration
- Generate visualizations, dashboards, and reports to effectively communicate insights to stakeholders
- Engage in Agile project management practices, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives
- Contribute to the design of database schemas and data models that meet business requirements
- Perform data analysis with R, SQL, VBA, and various analytics tools to spot trends and support strategic initiatives
- Aid in the SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) processes for project execution from initiation to deployment
- Facilitate process enhancements through business analysis techniques and active stakeholder engagement
