Requirements

Must:
- Bachelors degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a related field preferred. - 1-3 years of experience in data analysis, billing, accounts receivable, trade spend, or sales operations support. - Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, lookup functions, and data reconciliation techniques. - Excellent organizational abilities and keen attention to detail with the capacity to manage multiple priorities and deadlines. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a capability to collaborate across various departments. - Ability to translate data into clear, actionable insights for business stakeholders. - Experience working with distributor billbacks, chargebacks, deductions, or trade-spend management (preferred). - Familiarity with Business Intelligence tools such as Business Objects, Power BI, or Tableau (preferred). - Exposure to ERP systems like SAP or similar platforms (preferred). - Basic understanding of SQL or data querying concepts (preferred).

Responsibilities

- Accurately enter distributor billback invoices and field-submitted documentation into the companys invoice management system. - Validate invoice details including pricing, program eligibility, and supporting documentation. - Maintain detailed tracking of missing invoices, discrepancies, short-pays, and open deductions. - Collaborate closely with Sales teams, Finance, and external distributor partners to address and resolve invoice-related inquiries or discrepancies. - Ensure compliance with internal documentation standards and audit requirements. - Prepare and distribute monthly reports detailing billback activity, outstanding invoice items, dispute aging, and market-level trends. - Highlight issues related to missing or delayed invoices and identify risks affecting revenue or trade-spend recognition. - Support month-end and quarter-end closing processes by validating that billback data is accurate and reconciled. - Utilize SAP Business Objects and other reporting platforms to produce standard and ad hoc reports for Sales and Finance teams. - Analyze spending performance against budget and offer insights to Sales teams for managing program efficiency and effectiveness. - Monitor data quality and pinpoint inconsistencies or anomalies in sales, depletion, or trade-spend data. - Aid in developing dashboards, reports, and analytical tools to support strategic decision-making. - Maintain and enhance standard operating procedures related to invoice intake, billback processing, and reporting workflows. - Identify areas for improving invoice processing, data accuracy, and reporting efficiency. - Assist with Business Intelligence initiatives and special projects as assigned.
