- 2-5 years of experience in IT operations or systems support.
- Familiarity with Windows systems, virtualization, networking, patching, monitoring, and backup tools.
- Strong skills in troubleshooting, documentation, and communication.
- This role is classified as safety-sensitive.

Responsibilities
- Conduct daily operational checks, monitor systems, perform patching, and troubleshoot updates.
- Execute backup audits and restorative testing.
- Assist with cabling, hardware installations, and workstation/printer setups.
- Maintain and refresh IT documentation consistently.
- Network & Infrastructure:
- Support firewalls, VPN, routing, switching, wireless, and VLAN tasks.
- Provide assistance with Windows Server, Active Directory, virtualization, and storage systems.
- Carry out tasks during maintenance windows and lifecycle activities.
- Cybersecurity:
- Review and analyze security alerts.
- Execute vulnerability remediation tasks.
- Assist with security tool management and incident response efforts.
- Encourage user-focused security programs, including phishing tests and training.
- Support:
- Act as Tier 2 escalation for Help Desk issues.
- Troubleshoot endpoint, network, and access-related challenges.
- Escalate issues that require architectural or managerial insights.
