Requirements
Must:

- Proficiency in debugging, performance tuning, and optimizing mainframe applications
- Comprehensive understanding of the complete mainframe development lifecycle
- Exceptional problem-solving and analytical capabilities
- Strong communication skills and leadership qualities to successfully guide a technical team
- Certifications in mainframe technologies or leadership are advantageous
Responsibilities
- Lead and guide a team of mainframe developers in designing, executing, and deploying mainframe applications
- Collaborate with stakeholders to collect requirements and offer technical expertise for solution recommendations
- Conduct code reviews to ensure adherence to best practices and maintain coding standards within the team
- Diagnose and resolve technical challenges in mainframe applications promptly
- Work with cross-functional teams to guarantee seamless integration of mainframe applications with other systems
- Keep abreast of the latest trends and innovations in mainframe development
