Requirements
Must:
- 6-10 years of experience as a TrackWise Support Engineer.
- In-depth knowledge of TrackWise Quality Management System (QMS).
- Practical experience in TrackWise configuration and administration.
- Proficiency in Java development and troubleshooting.
- Familiarity with web administration and server management.
- Experience with Team Access and Crystal Reports.
- Solid understanding of Quality Management (QM) principles and best practices.
- Experience with issue management and ticketing systems.
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Capacity to work autonomously as well as collaboratively within a team.
Responsibilities
- Deliver technical support for TrackWise users, addressing and resolving issues efficiently.
- Conduct system monitoring, health checks, and performance optimization.
- Oversee user account management, permissions, and access controls within TrackWise.
- Implement and sustain TrackWise configurations, workflows, and data structures.
- Manage and support various TrackWise environments including development, testing, and production.
- Design and maintain custom Java-based components and integrations for TrackWise.
- Diagnose and address Java-related issues within the TrackWise framework.
- Utilize Java APIs for effective TrackWise integration.
- Manage the TrackWise web application, handling server configuration and deployment.
- Identify and resolve web application-related issues.
- Create and maintain Crystal Reports for data analysis and reporting within TrackWise.
- Oversee and support Team Access configurations and integrations.
- Generate and maintain Team Access reports.
- Apply Quality Management principles and best practices within the TrackWise system.
- Assist in the implementation and maintenance of QM processes in TrackWise.
- Track and manage support tickets using an issue management system.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, QA engineers, and business analysts.
