Requirements
Must:
- Experience in technical support roles, particularly within data centers
- Proficiency in hardware management including installation and configuration of servers and network equipment
- Strong troubleshooting skills for hardware, software, and network issues
- Familiarity with cabling and connectivity management
- Ability to perform routine maintenance and emergency repairs
- Excellent documentation and communication skills
- Relevant certifications or equivalent experience in IT support
Responsibilities
- Provide on-site technical assistance for IT infrastructure in data centers or colocation facilities
- Manage the installation and configuration of servers, switches, and routers within data center racks
- Maintain and trace network and power cables to ensure efficient organization and connectivity
- Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues requiring on-site intervention
- Conduct regular maintenance and execute hardware upgrades and repairs as needed
