Responsibilities
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to a team of developers specializing in MES technologies, with a focus on enhancing their capabilities in platforms such as Siemens Opcenter and Rockwell Factorytalk to improve overall productivity.
- Conduct thorough code reviews and establish quality assurance processes using tools like Jenkins and GitLab CI/CD to optimize performance and enforce best practices and coding standards in MES application development.
- Ensure compliance with established processes within the assigned MES modules and actively participate in technical discussions and reviews, serving as a consultant for feasibility studies, evaluating technical alternatives, and addressing technical risks.
- Collaborate effectively with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables while preparing detailed status reports to minimize risks and manage escalations throughout the project lifecycle.
