Requirements
Must:
- At least 5 years of experience in AI/ML development and Python-based solutions
- Strong background in Telecom BSS & OSS domain with an understanding of fixed, mobile, IoT, and convergence markets
- Proficient in Python (NumPy, Pandas, Scikit-learn, PyTorch, TensorFlow)
- Hands-on experience with OpenAI, LangChain, Hugging Face Transformers, or Llama Index
- Working knowledge of Flask, FastAPI, or Django for backend application development
- Experience in model training, evaluation, deployment, and monitoring
- Exposure to data ingestion, preprocessing, and visualization tools (SQL, Pandas, Power BI, or Streamlit)
- Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS Sagemaker, Azure ML, or Google Cloud Platform AI Platform, as well as Git, Docker, CI/CD
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field
- Certification or specialization in AI/ML, Deep Learning, or Generative AI is an advantage
- Knowledge of LLM fine-tuning, RAG architecture, and prompt engineering is a plus
- Experience in 5G network architecture, implementation, or design, with an understanding of core concepts like network slicing
- Strong experience in designing E2E BSS solutions across Sales, Marketing, Finance, Product Management, and Care areas for CSPs.
Responsibilities
- Design end-to-end BSS solutions for various business areas including Sales, Marketing, Finance, Product Management, and Customer Care
- Engage hands-on with major telecom industry B/OSS COTS solutions (Amdocs, Netcracker, Comarch, Ericsson, etc.)
- Apply knowledge of TM Forum Standards and processes in solution development
- Contribute to the design and implementation of 5G network architecture
- Collaborate on model training, evaluation, deployment, and monitoring processes
- Work on data ingestion, preprocessing, and visualization tasks
- Develop backend applications using Flask, FastAPI, or Django
- Utilize AI/ML tools and frameworks to enhance system capabilities
