Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors Degree preferred
- Minimum of five years of experience with Microsoft Active Directory in a multi-domain setting
- Minimum of five years of experience managing Windows Server operating systems
- At least two years supporting physical server-class infrastructure
- Microsoft Certification: Windows Server Hybrid Administrator Associate or equivalent
- Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate (Active Directory) or equivalent knowledge
- Expert-level understanding of authentication methods and protocols including Kerberos, NTLM, and LDAP
- Proficiency with Active Directory tools, such as One Identity Active Roles Servers and Quest GPOAdmin
- Strong familiarity with Windows Server 2019, PowerShell, and command line skills
- Knowledge of Identity & Access Management concepts including user lifecycle management and role-based access controls
- Commitment to exceptional service and quality excellence
- Ability to make informed decisions that benefit patients and the organization
- Capability to develop collaborative relationships with stakeholders
- Experience in leading and mentoring teams
- Strong communication skills for effective engagement and results-driven outcomes
- Ability to identify areas for improvement and execute plans for change
Responsibilities
- Administer and maintain Tier-0 infrastructure operating on-premise Active Directory Domain Controller servers
- Manage user accounts, security groups, and permissions within a multi-domain Microsoft Active Directory environment
- Support and maintain infrastructure for Active Directory tools and services such as Active Roles and GPOAdmin
- Design and apply Group Policy Objects (GPOs) to enforce security settings
- Diagnose and resolve Active Directory issues including replication and authentication challenges
- Implement domain trusts to enable resource sharing across domains
- Manage Domain Name Service records to aid Active Directory Domains
- Create and maintain documentation related to Active Directory policies and procedures
- Monitor the performance of Active Directory infrastructure to ensure business requirements are met
- Coordinate improvement initiatives and report on their outcomes
- Engage in a collaborative environment that values information sharing and team-based solutions
- Liaise with leadership teams regarding certificate initiatives and issues
- Perform other assigned duties as required
