Operations Implementation Analyst

- Implement digital solutions that enhance healthcare business operations within the supply chain, revenue cycle, and throughput domains by providing workflow guidance and best practices - Collaborate with various teams to identify, prioritize, and execute DT&I products and process enhancements - Operate independently and take the lead on project teams throughout system implementations - Ensure a consistent and standardized approach to operational implementation in healthcare support services including but not limited to Supply Chain and Revenue Cycle - Develop appropriate strategies, plans, tools, and methods to facilitate the successful implementation of technologies supporting business operations - Facilitate strong communication among all team members to ensure a comprehensive understanding of needs and requirements - Contribute to the development and enhancement of project implementation tools from an operations perspective - Take part in initial project orientation and manage the operational aspects of implementations in conjunction with corresponding operational leadership - Deliver training (train-the-trainer) and work with vendors to manage educational materials - Collaborate with relevant teams to establish training programs for DT&I solutions - Communicate project progress to stakeholders and escalate issues when needed - Support end-to-end Revenue Cycle operations, technology, and workflow implementations that boost consistency, efficiency, and results - Promote initiatives aimed at enhancing productivity, improving throughput, and optimizing supply chain operations through effective implementation and product adoption - Enhance throughput visibility and decision-making resources for clinical and operational leaders - Work with ITG to define and develop new functionalities that meet operational demands - Standardize data management processes to improve accuracy, consistency, visibility, and reporting
