Requirements
Must:
- Over 2 years of experience in applications engineering, technical support, or a related engineering role.
- Experience in robotics is mandatory (hardware, integration, or control systems).
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, along with practical technical aptitude.
- Customer-facing experience — comfortable presenting and communicating with clients.
- Excellent communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Ability to collaborate across departments while managing multiple priorities.
Responsibilities
- Provide prompt, first-line technical troubleshooting for customers utilizing Haply’s robotic solutions.
- Act as the technical point of contact between clients, sales teams, and engineering.
- Document and escalate issues, ensuring accurate follow-up and resolution.
- Support customers post-sale to guarantee successful implementation, efficient adoption, and optimal satisfaction.
- Utilize hands-on expertise in robotics and mechatronics to assist customers in deploying and integrating Haply products.
- Replicate, test, and validate customer use cases to deliver effective solutions.
- Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, or software-related issues in collaboration with the engineering team.
- Conduct technical demonstrations, product trials, and presentations to showcase features and capabilities.
- Transform customer requirements into actionable technical feedback for internal teams.
- Provide technical insights during customer interactions to assist in pre- and post-sale discussions.
- Work closely with engineering to relay customer feedback and enhance product design.
- Collaborate with sales and operations teams to ensure customer needs are recognized and met.
- Identify opportunities for product improvement or customization.
