Requirements
Must:

- Proven track record in leading technical solutions in complex, multi-stakeholder environments.
- Exceptional communication and executive presentation abilities.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and risk management skills.
- Experience collaborating with geographically distributed teams.
Responsibilities
- Act as the principal technical leader for NIH-related programs and pursuits.
- Direct the development of technical solutions for NIH account proposals, including RFP responses and stakeholder engagement.
- Design and present comprehensive technology solutions that align with NIH objectives, especially regarding data integration and enterprise systems.
- Collaborate with NIH teams to comprehend data flows and integration requirements.
- Serve as the main technical point of contact for NIH technology buyers across programmatic offices.
- Align proposed solutions with NIHs evolving technology strategy and modernization efforts.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to create solution components, cost projections, and implementation strategies.
- Present solutions to both internal and external executive stakeholders, including NIH leadership.
- Facilitate workshops and sessions with NIH stakeholders to refine requirements and test solution approaches.
- Stay updated on NIH enterprise systems to guide solution design effectively.
- Establish delivery teams post-award to ensure continuity and clear vision execution.
