Requirements
Must:
- US Citizenship is mandatory
- Bachelors degree is required
- Minimum of FIVE (5) years of experience in data science, engineering, and analytics
- At least TWO (2) years of experience in executing data-driven transformation initiatives
- Proficient in Python for data analysis, automation, and model development; familiar with libraries such as Pandas, NumPy, and scikit-learn
- Experience with data visualization tools and environments like R, PowerBI, MicroStrategy, and cloud analytics platforms
- Strong grasp of AI/ML technologies, data platforms, and analytics methodologies
- Experience in developing and delivering self-service data products and AI/ML solutions
- Proven ability to navigate the business development lifecycle
- Demonstrated experience in leading large-scale analytics and AI projects
- Excellent skills in collaboration, communication, facilitation, and relationship building
Responsibilities
- Act as a trusted advisor on data strategy, governance, and modernizing analytics
- Lead projects from initial strategy to implementation, ensuring high-quality delivery and measurable results
- Design and manage AI/ML and analytics solutions using platforms like Databricks, Snowflake, and cloud services (Azure/AWS/GCP)
- Develop and refine Python tools and scripts for data analysis, automation, and reporting
- Implement methodologies like CRISP-DM, Agile Kanban, and human-centered design to achieve effective solutions
- Mentor cross-functional teams, encouraging innovation and continual learning
- Collaborate with stakeholders to convert business problems into actionable data solutions
- Support business development by writing proposals and pursuing strategic engagements
- Promote a culture of data literacy and usage through training, resources, and community sessions
