Requirements
Must:
- US Citizenship is mandatory
- Bachelors degree is required
- Minimum of five (5) years of practical experience in data science, engineering, and analytics
- At least two (2) years delivering data-driven transformation initiatives
- Proficient in Python for data analysis, automation, and model development, including Pandas, NumPy, and scikit-learn libraries
- Familiarity with data visualization tools like R, PowerBI, and MicroStrategy
- In-depth understanding of AI and machine learning technologies, data platforms, and analytical methodologies
- Experience in creating and delivering self-service data products and dashboards
- Proven success in leading large-scale analytics and AI initiatives
- Strong collaborative skills with technical and business stakeholders
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and relationship-building abilities
Responsibilities
- Act as a trusted advisor regarding data strategies, governance, and analytics modernization
- Lead projects from conception through to implementation, ensuring quality delivery and measurable impacts
- Design and supervise analytics solutions and AI/ML implementations utilizing platforms like Databricks, Snowflake, and cloud services (Azure/AWS/GCP)
- Develop, update, and enhance Python tools and scripts for analytical purposes, automation, and reporting
- Utilize CRISP-DM, Agile Kanban, and human-centered design approaches to identify and deliver significant solutions
- Guide multidisciplinary teams, encouraging innovation and ongoing education
- Collaborate with stakeholders to turn business challenges into practical data solutions
- Assist in business development through proposal writing and strategic initiatives
- Promote a culture of data adoption and literacy via training resources and community sessions
