Requirements
Must:
- U.S. Citizenship is mandatory
- A Bachelor’s degree is required
- A minimum of five (5) years of experience in data engineering and dashboard development
- Proven experience with Databricks, Tableau, and cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP
- Strong skills in SQL, Python, and Spark
- Experience in building ETL pipelines and integrating data sources into reporting platforms
- Familiarity with data governance, metadata, and compliance frameworks
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder engagement abilities
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Federal Civilian Agency (FCA) clients to comprehend their data architecture and reporting requirements
- Lead the creation of ETL pipelines and dashboard integrations utilizing Databricks and Tableau
- Ensure excellence in delivery and measurable results for data migration and visualization projects
- Design and implement scalable ETL/ELT pipelines using Spark, SQL, and Python
- Develop and optimize Tableau dashboards in line with federal reporting standards
- Utilize AI and machine learning tools for automating metadata extraction, clustering, and dashboard scripting
- Work closely with data architects, analysts, and cloud engineers to provide integrated solutions
- Assist in documenting, testing, and deploying data products
- Mentor junior developers and contribute to reusable frameworks and accelerators
