Requirements
Must:
- US Citizenship is required
- Bachelors Degree is required
- Quality control experience including debugging and conducting Quality Assurance of new features and enhancements is preferred
- Familiarity with data architecture and warehousing is desirable
- Experience in Generative AI development would be beneficial
- Strong organizational, prioritization, and time management skills, with attention to detail
- Capability to create and redesign existing processes to meet evolving business needs
- Aptitude to provide guidance and direction for specific projects or sub-tasks
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Responsibilities
- Develop advanced data analytics models and automate data collection processes
- Design and implement process improvement and automation applications using tools such as UiPath, Python, and R
- Create models and interactive dashboard solutions to deliver analytical insights using software like Qlik and Tableau
- Lead and assess data cleaning scripts using Python
- Identify and enhance additional data visualization capabilities as necessary
- Ensure compliance with data governance and quality assurance standards
- Analyze existing processes and propose potential improvements
- Collaborate with team members to summarize and report on business process enhancements, identifying existing gaps and suggesting innovative solutions
- Prepare and present findings and reports to the team, providing actionable recommendations both orally and in writing
