Requirements

Must:
- You must be a US Citizen. - A Bachelor’s degree is necessary. - A minimum of two (2) years of experience in data engineering and dashboard development is required. - Proven expertise with Databricks, Tableau, and cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure. - Strong skills in SQL, Python, and Spark are essential. - Experience in creating ETL pipelines and integrating data sources into reporting platforms is crucial. - Familiarity with data governance, metadata, and compliance frameworks is preferred. - Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder engagement abilities are necessary.

Responsibilities

- You will collaborate with Federal Civilian Agency (FCA) clients to grasp their data architecture and reporting requirements. - Leading the creation of ETL pipelines and dashboard integrations using Databricks and Tableau will be part of your role. - Ensuring excellence in delivery and measurable results across data migration and visualization projects is essential. - You will design and implement scalable ETL/ELT pipelines utilizing Spark, SQL, and Python. - Developing and optimizing Tableau dashboards that align with federal reporting standards will also be part of your scope. - Applying AI/ML tools to automate processes such as metadata extraction, clustering, and dashboard scripting will be expected. - You will work closely with data architects, analysts, and cloud engineers to deliver cohesive solutions. - Supporting the documentation, testing, and deployment of data products is part of your collaborative efforts. - Mentoring junior developers and contributing to reusable frameworks and accelerators will enhance the team’s capabilities.
