Requirements
Must:
- An ACTIVE and MAINTAINED SECRET Federal or DoD security clearance
- Bachelors degree
- At least THREE (3) years of relevant experience, or two years with a Masters degree
- Strong proficiency in Python
- Expertise in Tableau dashboard development
- Ability to design data modeling processes and create algorithms and predictive models
- Experience in leading data-driven analytical activities for compliance and effectiveness
- Skill in manipulating large datasets to identify trends and draw meaningful insights
- Competence in cleaning, aggregating, and organizing data from multiple sources
- Ability to define data requirements ensuring storage and coherence of information
- Familiarity with data mining techniques to formulate patterns and insights
- Proficiency in PowerBI
- Capacity to support on-site and hybrid projects in the DC metro area
Responsibilities
- Aid clients in harnessing the value of their data and automating their business processes
- Implement comprehensive data analytics and data science solutions
- Collaborate with clients on predictive analytics, machine learning, and artificial intelligence projects
- Engage in robotic process automation initiatives
- Contribute to the definition of information strategies to enhance decision-making
- Support business development and internal initiatives within our team
- Advance personal professional development in data science and analytics
- Work alongside cross-functional teams as a data scientist or data analytics professional
