Requirements
Must:
- An ACTIVE and MAINTAINED SECRET Federal or DoD security clearance
- Bachelors degree in a related field
- Minimum of THREE (3) years of relevant professional experience OR two (2) years of relevant experience with a Masters degree
- High level of proficiency in Python programming
- Expertise in developing dashboards with Tableau
- Ability to design data modeling processes, create algorithms, and build predictive models
- Experience leading data-driven analytical activities for compliance and effectiveness
- Proficient in manipulating large data sets to inform strategic business decisions
- Capability to clean, aggregate, and organize data from various sources into data warehouses
- Skilled in defining data requirements and ensuring the coherence of stored data
- Competency in data mining to identify patterns and generate new insights
- Proficiency in PowerBI
- Flexibility to support on-site and hybrid projects in the DC metro area
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with clients to maximize the value of their data and automate business processes
- Implement data analytics and data science services, from querying to visualization and predictive analytics
- Deliver insights that support mission-critical decision making while reducing costs
- Contribute to business development and internal initiatives alongside professional growth in data science
- Partner with cross-functional teams as a data scientist or business intelligence professional
- Engage in ongoing career development in data-related software and methodologies
