Requirements
Must:
We require that you are a U.S. citizen or eligible for federal security clearance. A Bachelor's or advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field is needed. You should have a minimum of eight years of professional experience in IT consulting, digital transformation, or enterprise software delivery. Additionally, at least five years of hands-on experience in architecting and developing solutions using Appian is essential, showcasing advanced proficiency with Appian SAIL, Process Modeler, Rules, and integrations with REST/SOAP, web services, and cloud platforms. Current Appian Lead Developer or Solution Architect certifications are crucial, along with a commitment to ongoing learning and certifications in related technologies such as AWS, Azure, or RPA tools. You should possess an expert-level understanding of Appian best practices, solution scalability, performance tuning, and cloud security principles. Experience in leading Agile teams and managing the complete solution delivery lifecycle, including CI/CD, automated testing, and DevOps practices is also expected.
Responsibilities
As an Appian Solution Architect at Guidehouse, my role involves spearheading digital transformation initiatives for our enterprise clients. I leverage my extensive expertise in the Appian platform to design scalable, secure, and high-performance solutions that tackle complex business challenges. I collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to achieve impactful business outcomes, adhering to best practices throughout the software development lifecycle. My duties include leading the full design and implementation of Appian-based business process automation solutions, translating business needs into actionable Appian solutions, and serving as a technical expert and trusted advisor. I also develop and present solution architectures, technical roadmaps, and migration plans to both business and technical leadership, while mentoring developers and junior architects to foster a culture of continuous learning. Additionally, I stay up to date with Appian product updates and industry trends to recommend enhancements, drive Agile delivery practices, and oversee successful deployments and post-launch support.
