Requirements
Must:
- US Citizenship is required
- Masters degree is mandatory
- At least five (5) years of experience in AI and data analytics, particularly within healthcare or enterprise data
- Proficient in Python, R, and AI/ML frameworks (such as TensorFlow, PyTorch)
- Practical experience with Generative AI models (including LLMs and diffusion models) and Agentic AI frameworks
- Solid understanding of SQL and cloud-based data platforms
- Capability to convert complex AI concepts into actionable business solutions
- Familiarity with RAG pipelines, vector databases, and knowledge graphs
- Experience with AI governance, ethical AI practices, and compliance is preferable
- Skills in visualization tools and interactive dashboards would be advantageous
- Knowledge of agile project management and sprint-based delivery is a plus
- Previous experience in technology consulting is welcomed
Responsibilities
- Lead initiatives in Agentic AI, Generative AI, and advanced Data Science
- Drive innovation in healthcare analytics and enterprise AI solutions
- Design and deploy Agentic AI systems for autonomous decision-making and workflow efficiency
- Develop Generative AI applications for summarization, predictive modeling, and conversational interfaces
- Construct and manage scalable data pipelines that integrate structured and unstructured data
- Employ advanced statistical methods and machine learning techniques for policy assessment
- Oversee AI-driven projects in retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), prompt engineering, and knowledge graph integration
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to produce AI-powered dashboards and insights
- Mentor junior staff on AI methodologies and best practices in data science
