Android Engineer

We are seeking a talented Android developer to maintain and expand our suite of Android applications for our point-of-sale system. In this full-time, in-person position located in Sacramento, California, you will be developing complex Android applications using Kotlin and Jetpack Compose. You will work with our design team to create beautiful, intuitive interfaces and collaborate with our backend team to implement cloud-based functionality. The applications will be highly integrated, communicating with other iOS and Android applications, various hardware like thermal printers, credit card readers, and more over local networks and Bluetooth. Our tech stack includes: - Android - Kotlin - Typescript - Jetpack Compose - Kotlin Flows - HTTP for backend communications - OEM SDKs for diverse physical hardware At Rezku, we offer a competitive compensation package, including health, vision, and dental insurance, a 401k with a 4% match, a standard 40-hour workweek with no late nights or weekends, a small team environment with significant autonomy, and flexible working hours. The salary range for this position is $110,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year.
