Requirements
Must:
- DEC in Computer Science or Administration
- 2 to 4 years of experience in user support
- Significant experience with an ERP system
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Suite
- Ability to document problems and solutions effectively
- Proficiency in French (mandatory)
Responsibilities
- Identify and document user issues promptly
- Locate and implement solutions using user guides and technical manuals
- Advise and train users on resolving difficulties
- Provide support to users facing challenges with various systems (ERP, Internet, network, etc.)
- Maintain a log documenting problems and solutions
- Participate in writing specifications for applications or software
- Analyze issues and propose lasting solutions to relevant parties
- Assist users with technical support
- Create accounts for new employees
- Update data as required
- Act as a super user of the ERP system
- Perform other related tasks as needed
Description
We are seeking a User Support Technologist specializing in ERP to join our team and report directly to the Operations Director. Our position offers competitive pay starting at $24.00 per hour for a full-time, permanent role with 40 hours per week.
