Requirements
Must:
- 3-5 years of professional web development experience
- Proficient in WordPress, Webflow, and contemporary front-end/back-end programming languages
- Solid understanding of SEO, analytics tools, and website performance enhancement
- Experience utilizing AI tools for tasks like coding, quality assurance, and content support
- Capable of managing multiple projects and communicating deadlines effectively while working independently
- Familiarity with security best practices, web hosting environments, and version control is advantageous
Responsibilities
- Lead back-end development and continuous enhancements for all company websites using modern coding languages and CMS tools
- Construct, migrate, and sustain websites in WordPress and Webflow
- Write clean, organized HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, and other necessary modern languages
- Utilize AI tools to expedite coding, quality assurance, troubleshooting, and content updates
- Create functional specifications, documentation, and technical protocols
- Implement redirects, perform security updates, manage plugins, and handle website backups
- Conduct regular website testing, performance evaluations, and cross-browser/device compatibility checks
- Ensure ADA compliance and support fundamental UI/UX refinements
- Troubleshoot technical difficulties and collaborate with network/hosting partners as required
- Monitor website analytics, user behavior, and visit statistics to enhance user experience and conversion paths
- Optimize site performance, including page speed, clean code, caching, and image optimization
- Generate keyword-focused content and metadata to enhance organic search visibility
- Stay informed on organic and technical SEO best practices
- Recommend and execute continuous improvements
- Work with designers, writers, and marketing teams to integrate content and design updates
- Create or modify basic design assets such as graphics and visuals as needed
- Provide technical insight, gather requirements, and assist in project planning for cross-functional teams
- Act as the organizations primary expert on website functionality and digital infrastructure
