Requirements
Must:

- Capability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively within a team
- Excellent communication and documentation abilities
- Proven track record of quickly learning and mastering new technologies

Responsibilities
- Lead and engage in all phases of the application development lifecycle
- Evaluate business requirements
- Assess the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs
- Provide development time estimations based on defined project scope
- Architect and design innovative solutions
- Draft technical specifications and documentation
- Ensure adherence to best practices and processes
- Develop solutions by coding features, enhancements, and bug fixes
- Create, debug, and write unit tests; ensure quality assurance and support
- Offer technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers
- Conduct code reviews to guarantee quality and adherence to standards
- Manage the development pipeline from coding to production through automation
- Execute database design and development tasks
- Undertake other duties as assigned
- Collaborate in Agile/Scrum methodologies or hybrid software development life cycles
- Utilize Azure Cloud Services, including Containers, Active Directory, and Azure Kubernetes Service
- Work with GIS technologies, tile servers, and Mapbox
