Requirements
Must:
- At least 1 year of experience with GPRS or related companies.
- Minimum of 2 years of B2B sales experience with a successful track record in the specified industry.
- Proven ability to meet or exceed operational plan targets in sales or business development roles.
- Experience with NetSuite for sales activities, with a desire to improve skills in the platform.
- Proficient technical skills, including Microsoft Teams, Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
- Preferred completion of the Sales Development Program.
- Strong commercial experience within the vertical is advantageous.
- A bachelors degree in engineering or a technical field from an accredited institution is preferred.
- Comfortable working on various types of construction sites.
- Flexibility to work extended hours when necessary to meet business needs.
- Willingness to travel as needed to connect with the designated customer base.
- Effective communication skills across all organizational levels.
- Self-driven and able to work independently after proper training.
- Efficient time, budget, and expense management skills to achieve goals.
- Successful in influencing and collaborating within a matrixed organization.

Responsibilities
- Initiate and close financial transactions with new and existing customers to grow the business and enhance retention.
- Acquire specialized knowledge of the latest commercial trends within the area of responsibility.
- Contribute to strategy and policy development using effective communication to influence others.
- Ensure successful delivery within the assigned responsibilities.
- Gain an extensive understanding of best practices and how the specific vertical integrates with others.
- Maintain awareness of competitors and the unique factors that distinguish them in the market.
- Exercise good judgment to resolve moderate complexities in projects, products, markets, and sales processes.
- Approach existing solutions with a fresh perspective.
- Apply technical expertise for data analysis to validate recommendations.
- Utilize a variety of internal and limited external resources for informed decision-making.
- Serve as a resource for less experienced colleagues, potentially leading smaller projects with moderate risks.

- Manage the sales process from identifying opportunities to closing deals and transferring orders.

- Oversee and manage the sales procedures for all projected projects within the segment.
- Understand the segments value proposition and pricing strategy.
- Provide accurate and timely forecasts of orders and margin targets.
- Assist with customer issue resolution efforts.
- Support local business development colleagues in identifying growth opportunities.
- Represent the company at conferences and industry events.
- Act as a consultant to engage key decision-makers effectively.
