Requirements
Must:
- 3+ years in a team management role
- 5 to 8 years in cloud, infrastructure, or platform roles
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure
- Familiarity with DevOps/SRE practices and cloud operations
- Experience with Infrastructure as Code and CI/CD pipelines
- Solid understanding of cloud security
Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate a multidisciplinary team
- Establish clear priorities, ownership, and delivery processes
- Manage contractor projects and performance
- Collaborate with product and development teams to align platform capabilities with business objectives
- Ensure the reliability, scalability, and performance of Azure infrastructure
- Drive practices related to Infrastructure as Code and automation
- Support CI/CD pipelines and environment strategy
- Optimize cloud cost, usage, and architecture
- Implement and enhance monitoring, logging, and alerting procedures
- Manage and monitor SLAs/SLOs
- Lead incident response and continuous improvement initiatives
- Apply cloud security best practices
- Support compliance efforts (e.g., SOC 2, NIST, ISO, FedRAMP)
- Identify and address operational and security risks
- Oversee platform integrations and system interoperability
- Ensure reliable data flow across internal and external systems
- Assist in administering tools and technologies that support our platform and development process
