Requirements
Must:
- Over 5 years of experience in administering, developing, and maintaining M365 and Power Platform products
- Over 5 years of experience in general software application administration, development, and maintenance
- Proficiency in SharePoint Online solutions
- Experience developing with Microsoft 365 Power Platform, including Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Pages, and Dataverse
- Skills in data modeling, database/Dataverse design, web design, and user experience (UX) design
- Ability to work independently, collaboratively, and engage with clients to provide technical and functional expertise
- Experience leading migration efforts to M365 tenants
- Proven problem-solving leadership with a collaborative approach toward stakeholders
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential

Responsibilities
- Act as a senior-level problem-solver for complex, critical Power Platform and M365 solutions
- Analyze legacy/custom code, canvas/model-driven apps, complex flows, plugins, and integrations to implement effective solutions with minimal disruption
- Develop and sustain M365 and Power Platform applications and solutions (both canvas and model-driven)
- Provide senior-level expertise in Power Platform and SharePoint Online administration
- Modernize applications using older technologies for alignment with new platforms based on defined requirements
- Conduct requirements analysis and produce comprehensive, detailed technical documentation
- Identify and resolve technical issues within existing applications
- Maintain clear communication with clients, team members, and customers through various mediums including video, phone, and in-person interactions
- Ensure accurate and concise technical documentation is captured
Description
We are seeking a Senior Power Platform/SharePoint Online Application Developer to join our team. This role focuses on delivering high-quality solutions and applications while working closely with our clients and team members. Offering a competitive salary between $100,903.26 to $121,517.90 per year, we provide comprehensive benefits including 401(k) plans, health and dental insurance, paid time off, and professional development assistance.
