Software Developer

I am seeking candidates with a minimum of three to five years of practical development experience in implementing integration solutions. A college degree in a related field or equivalent work experience is essential. You should possess a strong understanding of the software development life cycle, encompassing design, build, operation, and maintenance. Experience with integration technologies, API design, and operations is required, along with proficiency in Java, SOAP, REST, XML, JSON, RAML, OAS, and messaging. You must be adept at tackling tactical (technical) issues while leading strategic account management for growth and success. A good grasp of various deployment topologies—both on-premises and cloud, integration patterns and strategies, and their applicability in customer contexts is necessary. Furthermore, the ideal candidate should be capable of leading discussions and presentations on integration best practices, testing, process automation, and go-live readiness, as well as performing technical architecture reviews and road mapping. Experience with core banking data processing, imaging, CRM, account opening, loan origination, and job scheduling systems is preferred. A proven track record of effective collaboration across all organization levels, excellent communication skills, and the ability to make independent decisions are crucial. You should also have a thorough understanding of financial institution operations and business processes, coupled with strong problem analysis and problem-solving skills. Staying current with emerging technology trends is a must, and flexibility for after-hours work and on-call duties is required.
