Requirements
Must:
- Must be a current undergraduate student entering their junior or senior year prior to the start of the internship
- Excellent oral and written communication abilities
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency with computer applications, including spreadsheets and word processing
- Capable of understanding and following both oral and written instructions
- Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations
- Dependable and punctual, willing to work non-traditional hours as needed
- Enthusiastic about learning and acquiring knowledge
- Good telephone etiquette and interpersonal skills
- Must be bondable
- Ability to work independently and utilize sound judgment
Responsibilities
- Uphold the Credit Unions core values while serving members with integrity, trust, and respect
- Maintain a positive focus on member service, ensuring a welcoming environment
- Collaborate effectively with colleagues to complete all assigned tasks
- Safeguard the confidentiality of member information at all times
- Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing department events under guidance
- Provide administrative and clerical support for departmental and organization projects
- Engage with internal and external stakeholders to achieve departmental goals
- Participate in community service initiatives and Credit Union events annually
- Fulfill additional duties as required to support organizational objectives
- Be adaptable to taking on various tasks as directed by supervisors and staff
Description
