Requirements
Must:
- A college degree in a relevant field (STEM major or MBA preferred) or equivalent work experience in a related field is necessary.
- Familiarity with the Software Development Lifecycle is required.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in system administration, IT, or a related field is essential.
- Experience with Commercial Lending systems (such as Silverlake, nCINO, Laser Pro) is preferred, along with Salesforce experience.
- A flexible work schedule may be required to meet business needs, which could include evenings and weekends during busy periods or crucial initiatives.
- Proficiency in PC hardware, software, and systems, SQL scripting, reporting tools, and a high level of expertise in Microsoft Office is essential.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy along with a basic understanding of statistical analysis is required.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills to positively represent the Credit Union during interactions with members and vendors.
- Ability to deliver exceptional service to co-workers, vendors, and members, both via phone and in-person.
- Capability to interact professionally and efficiently with employees, members, and co-workers.
- Competence in developing and nurturing effective working relationships with colleagues and external vendors.
- Strong organizational skills to prioritize tasks and efficiently manage a high volume of details.
- Ability to communicate with members of various departments regarding their software needs and customize training accordingly.
- Must be bondable.
Responsibilities

- Assist in the setup, implementation, management, programming, training, modification, troubleshooting, and ongoing administration of departmental systems and technology solutions.
- Provide prompt and efficient troubleshooting for system-related challenges.
- Identify automation opportunities and leverage scripting or other technologies to streamline repetitive tasks.
- Deliver technical solutions to enhance our lending practices through tools like SDK, API, scripting, Power BI, or other methods.
- Support the management and administration of third-party platforms to ensure optimal performance and uptime.
- Create custom programming and reports while keeping abreast of emerging technologies to integrate into our lending platform.
- Offer staff support to ensure departmental systems adhere to regulatory compliance and internal policies, tracking necessary changes when required.
- Solicit regular feedback from staff for enhancements and work collaboratively with management or other departments to implement improvements.
- Communicate process changes, improvements, and modifications verbally or through written documentation to management, peers, staff, and other employees to ensure understanding of technology issues and solutions within departments.
- Conduct research, review, and analysis of current processes to develop strategies for enhancements.
- Assist in managing user access for various departmental systems, including creating, modifying, and removing access as necessary.
- Serve as a point of contact for technical issues related to the loan origination system.
- Provide technical support for team and departmental meetings.
- Create, modify, and map custom documents in departmental systems to aid in operations and compliance.
- Render support and assistance during internal, state, and federal audits and examinations.
- Assist management with business system needs in implementing new products and services, as well as ongoing support for existing offerings.
- Conduct training on software and new systems for the organization as needed.
- Act as an IT advocate across various departments.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
