Requirements

Must:
- Proven experience delivering Level 1 and Level 2 help desk support for end users. - Proficiency in troubleshooting Microsoft Office, email, and core business applications. - Practical experience in deploying laptops and IT hardware. - Ability to create, modify, and manage user accounts effectively. - Excellent communication and customer service skills with a talent for training end users. - Willingness to travel around 10% of the time for on-site support. - Capable of documenting processes, standard operating procedures, and escalation workflows. - Strong organizational abilities and proficiency in managing multiple tasks simultaneously.

Responsibilities

- Provide hands-on troubleshooting and technical assistance across diverse systems, devices, and locations to ensure employee efficiency. - Act as the primary point of contact for IT support through ticketing systems, email, phone, and in-person inquiries. - Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve issues related to hardware, software, and networks. - Install, configure, and upgrade desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and other peripherals. - Maintain user accounts, permissions, and security settings within Active Directory, O365, and additional systems. - Support VPN, remote access tools, and multi-factor authentication requirements. - Escalate complex issues to Tier 2/Tier 3 support teams when necessary. - Monitor system performance and assist with patching, backups, and updates. - Document issues, solutions, and processes in the ticketing system and knowledge base. - Provide support during employee onboarding and offboarding, including equipment setup and retrieval. - Maintain an inventory of hardware, software licenses, and IT supplies. - Contribute to cybersecurity awareness and compliance initiatives. - Participate in IT projects, rollouts, and system upgrades as needed.
