Requirements
Must:
- Minimum 4 years of direct experience with HubSpot (Sales, Marketing, and/or Service Hubs)
- Active HubSpot certifications (such as Admin, Marketing, Sales, CRM Implementation)
- Proven track record in designing and scaling CRM architectures and automating workflows
- Advanced understanding of HubSpot data structures, APIs, and integrations
- Familiarity with AI functionalities within HubSpot and their implementation
- Strong analytical skills with expertise in reporting and proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets
- Exceptional communication, documentation, and collaboration abilities with stakeholders
- Experience with HTML/CSS, HubL, or JavaScript is advantageous
Responsibilities
- Oversee the configuration, growth, and continuous improvement of the HubSpot platform
- Design scalable systems that enhance workflows for marketing, sales, customer service, and operations
- Create and customize modules, pipelines, and objects to align with business processes
- Develop sophisticated workflows, sequences, and automations across various Hubs
- Implement and refine AI-driven tools within HubSpot to boost efficiency and personalization
- Minimize manual tasks and enhance visibility through intelligent automation
- Construct custom dashboards, reports, and attribution models aligned with key strategic metrics
- Collaborate with analytics teams and tools to ensure comprehensive data visibility
- Uphold the integrity, accuracy, and cleanliness of CRM data
- Act as the primary HubSpot authority and contact for internal teams
- Educate, document processes, and support users across multiple departments
- Coordinate with technology, marketing, sales, and operations teams for integrations and system coherence
