Requirements
Must:
- Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Information Management, or a related field
- Familiarity with Microsoft Windows, Android/iOS, desktop PCs, laptops, and Cisco network/VoIP equipment
- Skilled in Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Self-motivated with the ability to conduct entry-level troubleshooting tasks
- Microsoft or other industry certifications are advantageous
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Well-organized with effective time management skills
- Excellent customer service mindset
- Capable of working both independently and collaboratively
- Understanding of remote systems and server functionalities
- Knowledge of Office 365 and Windows 11 troubleshooting
- Comfortable in a manufacturing setting
Responsibilities
- Diagnose and address technical issues related to hardware and software
- Respond to technical support requests in person, via phone, and online
- Install necessary software and hardware components
- Clean, modify, and repair computer hardware such as monitors, keyboards, mice, and printers
- Oversee server management, including user access and account administration
- Set up hardware and workspaces for new users
- Track, manage, and document incident resolutions
- Recognize and elevate issues needing immediate attention
- Collaborate effectively with team members to complete tasks
- Direct issues to the appropriate resolution resource
- Learn to act as a bridge between IT professionals and end users
