Requirements
Must:
- Proven experience working within manufacturing principles and related business processes.
- Familiarity with SQL.
- Experience in configuring integrated manufacturing systems is advantageous.
- Proficiency with ERP systems; knowledge of Kiwiplan or Amtech manufacturing applications is a plus.
- Background in Help Desk support is beneficial.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities are essential.
- Exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- A customer service-oriented approach with strong interpersonal skills.
- Excellent verbal, written, and organizational abilities.
- High emotional intelligence.
- Collaborative mindset with a business and goal-oriented focus.
- Curiosity and a positive outlook coupled with a strong work ethic.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Responsibilities
- Provide support for applications relevant to raw materials procurement, order processing, machine scheduling, production, product testing, finished goods inventory, invoicing, and sales reporting.
- Investigate innovative technologies to enhance organization efficiency and effectiveness.
- Validate system outputs by developing and executing test cases.
- Actively resolve issues with application systems by collaborating with end users, vendors, Tier 2 Support, and developers.
- Collect and manage data from various systems.
- Implement new workflow solutions by preparing and assessing alternative options.
- Document processes and train end users on best practices.
- Work efficiently under pressure to resolve issues, eliminate obstacles, and enhance user experience.
