Requirements
Must:
- A bachelors degree or equivalent experience
- 2–3 years of experience developing web applications with Python/Django and JavaScript/React
- Strong understanding of relational databases and SQL, particularly PostgreSQL and Microsoft SQL Server
- Familiarity with Docker and Docker Compose
- Experience with Git and collaborative development practices
- Excellent debugging and problem-solving capabilities
- Familiarity with AI-assisted developer tools like GitHub Copilot or Claude Code
Responsibilities
- Develop and enhance features for internal web applications, workflows, and reporting tools using secure and efficient Python/Django and JavaScript/React
- Identify and resolve bugs reported by users while optimizing database queries and enhancing application performance
- Build and maintain RESTful APIs for integrations, ensuring adherence to security, privacy, and compliance standards
- Write unit and integration tests to improve software development processes
- Monitor system logs and maintain error tracking mechanisms
- Assist with quality assurance testing prior to software releases and offer support for debugging production issues
- Learn AI/ML integration patterns and collaborate closely with the IT team to align with business needs
- Stay updated with the latest trends in Python, Django, web development, and AI-supported coding
- Contribute innovative ideas to enhance our platform for both users and maintainers
