Requirements
Must:
- 3+ years of experience as a product manager
- Preferably a background in software engineering or at least in computer science
- Ability to convert ambiguous user needs into detailed requirements and comprehensive product specifications
- Proven experience in product design with specific examples of iterative approaches to complex challenges
- Strong written, verbal, and visual communication skills
Nice to haves:
- Experience with SaaS, enterprise solutions, developer tools, or productivity applications
- Solid understanding of web front-end technologies (such as HTML/CSS, React)
- Experience collaborating with product designers
- Self-sufficient and capable of thriving in an ambiguous environment
- Experience on zero-to-one projects
- Interest or experience in developing tools and workflows for developers
- Background in user experience research (e.g., conducting user interviews, user testing)
Responsibilities
- Lead projects from initiation to launch
- Take ownership of key workflows in our web application
- Engage in continuous dialogue with users to identify potential improvements
- Collaborate swiftly with design and engineering on specifications for new features
- Advocate for and enhance the product culture and processes at Graphite
