Requirements
Must:
- Over 7 years of professional WordPress development experience
- Proficient in PHP, MySQL, JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3
- Experience in custom plugin and theme development without relying on templates
- Extensive knowledge of REST APIs, webhooks, and automation tools
- Strong understanding of security practices, server environments, and performance enhancements
- Familiarity with Git for version control and deployment processes
- Ability to construct data-driven platforms effectively
Responsibilities
- Design, create, and oversee advanced WordPress systems from inception
- Develop custom plugins, themes, and integrations beyond simple page builders
- Establish secure membership systems, role-based dashboards, and intricate forms
- Enhance performance, scalability, security, and backup procedures
- Integrate AI tools, APIs, CRM systems, analytics, and third-party platforms
- Collaborate directly with ownership to swiftly transform concepts into production systems
- Manage staging and production environments along with version control
- Diagnose, update, and modernize legacy code
